HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON MERCH.FR?
Give the required informations. Warning ! The user name and the password will be asked at each connexion on the website. Give a valid email address, it will be for us the only way to contact you .
When your account is created, you can log in on the website. To do that, clik on the button "My account" on the right top of the homepage. Type username and password, then click OK. You are connected !
HOW TO ORDER?
Discover our products in the left menu "OUR PRODUCTS". To know more about each product, just click on the picture. When you are on a product record, you can zoom on the product by clicking on the picture. If you want to buy the product, click on "Add to cart". Now, the item is in your cart, always availabe on the left menu.
To view the content of your cart, you just have to click on "Display the cart" in the same menu. You can see the details of your order and the shipping cost. The shipping cost are calculated with the weight and the destination of the order.
When you want to order your cart, you have to click on "Check Out" just right under your cart. You need to be signed in to check out an order.
Next, you have to fill blanks about delivery address and particulary if its different from the billing address.
You can, at any time, delete or add product to your cart until the checking out.
HOW TO PAY?
You have two ways to pay your order :
Payment Card : You can pay by card directly on our website. You must put your card number, the pictogram (on the back of your card), the expiration date and the name of the owner.
Paypal : Paypal allows you to pay your order with your credit card. Click on the Paypal icon just after check out your order. You will be dispatched on a Paypal page with the amount of your order and the name of the account to credit. (ENCORE MERCI). Give your bank details and confirm. The payment will be confirmed through an email. Paypal is currently the most used payment solution on the Internet. For more information, please visit www.paypal.com
Bank check (only available for French check) : You can also pay your order with a bank check/cheque. It's easy, you have just to send a bank check of the order amount. Make it out to ENCORE MERCI, and send it with the printed order form to :

Don't forget to join the order form to your payment . You can find it in your email box, or in your account on the website.
Warning ! Each order is systematically confirmed by email from us. Every delay or out of stock will be indicated. Products will be shipped from us as soon as possible.
SHIPMENT
If you are in France, in Monaco or Andorre, your order will be delivered with "LETTRE MAX "or "COLISSIMO".
If you order from another country, your order will be delivered with follow-up mail box.
